Fiat 127 Mk1 ABARTH
Auckland, AU
$15000

1 of ~4-6 left in New Zealand, 1 of 2 currently road legal, 1 of 1 Fiat 127 Abarth Spec. I LOVE this car but with a wife and 2 young kids under 7 the only person that can cruise with me is my son, which I want to change so that I can have a family thing going on. This car has been featured around the world on Italian/Spanish/Swedish Facebook sites as they are all madly in love with it, there are even replica variants appearing now (unfortunately with narrow wheels and weak offsets and nothing else that has been customised - possibly due to cost) - but I guess imitation is the best form of flattery. My 6yo son is actually sick of it as people have literally waited for us to come out of the shops and return to the vehicle JUST to talk about it. It is one of the few rust free versions in the world today BRAND NEW WOF AND 1 YEAR REGISTRATION 1973 Fiat 127 (Abarth Spec - German Styled) FYI: I will probably miss items out here as one would - Abarth 4-2-1 headers Abarth exhaust and muffler Abarth rocker cover Abarth 32 DMTR carb freshly built Altered Compression ratio Close Ratio gearbox OMP Strut Brace Custom oil cooler assembly Custom driveshaft surround Custom Fiat 124 Spider Sport 9000rpm rev counter - speedo - fuel - oil - water temp sensors ( all fitted to look stock) Custom rear lowering blocks Custom front leather mid back bucket seats (imported from UK) Custom front assembly Custom carpet Custom roof liner Custom weighted shift knob Custom Fuel Cap Custom Nardi Torino steering wheel with Abarth horn Later model front brakes New discs (brakes) New pads (brakes) New lines all round (brakes) Autolign front suspension mods Camber bolts all round Arguably NZs only set of 1970s/80s ATS Classics 13" x7" front and 13" x8" rear refurbished wheels on brand new Yokohama 175/50/13 wheels (imported from Germany) Had a ground up rebuild in the 90s and has been garaged ever since. Has just had a full CERAMIC paint and glass coating applied. Pretty much everything on the vehicle is new or refurbished or touched up, brakes, wheel bearings, ignition, right down to the plastic screws that hold the lights in, all ignition and brake parts and interior bits etc etc etc. Only thing I am yet to touch is the rear seat, which has been unused. It will come with spare [Wheels and Tyres (original), Gearbox (original), Head and valves (Original), Headlights (Original), Alternator (Original), Waterpump (Original), bits and bobs (Original)] Still plenty of areas on the vehicle to add value and will keep increasing in value especially with it nearing 50 years old. I have it insured at a signed agreed value of $18,000 through Classic Car Insurance @ a measly $200 per year for that amount.
